Our app is for all people who want to easily manage their budget, control expenses, plan savings, and settle projects. The program is intended for personal and corporate use.
What are the ways of support?
Documentation is available at Fin4Family.com. You can also send an e-mail requesting help with a solution directly from the program.
How can I buy a license?
Currently, you do not need to purchase a license. All you need to do is register and you can use the program for free without any restrictions.
Do I have to register?
You don’t need to register. After downloading the app, you can use the demo version of the program. After registering you will get the full version.
How to check if I have the current version of the program?
When opening the program, the program itself will check whether you have the current version.
Can I remove my data?
Of course, you have the right to that. Contact us and we will remove your data or use the option available in the program, in the account configuration.
How is my data secured?
By default, data from the Fin4Family is saved in a local database on the user’s computer. The database can be transferred or a new one can be created in any place to which the program will have access. The database can be password protected. It is also possible to create a database on an MSSQL server. The program has the option of making data backups. All data provided during registration are stored in accordance with the GDPR guidelines.
